The inspiration for my "Tropical Rain" series are the tropical beaches that I have travelled to and the palm trees that line those coastlines.
The palm trees and flamingos are painted with texture paste which makes you want to run your fingers over the painting.
The backgrounds of these pieces remind me of the blurry softness that is captured through the lens when taking a photo of the rain. What does it remind you of?
